The Community

The original idea behind Økosamfundet Dyssekilde was to create a vegetarian, spiritual and humane village. After having taken various different directions during the start-up phase, the focus is now more on a shared foundation of believes and values, than on a concrete idea.

We are a bunch of very different people with different backgrounds and reasons to live here, and yet we are bound together by shared values like ecology and sustainability, and a wish to live within a social community based on respect and tolerance.
